Our omnichannel solution can be used with any retail software system and existing POS hardware, connecting all your inventory, customer data, in-store and mobile sales channels as well as run your entire online store from ordering to shipping.


Job Requirements and Skills:


    • Strategic Development and Execution: Spearhead the development and implementation of Ignites' marketing plan, strategy, and tactics. This involves refining the company's positioning, go-to-market strategy, and market segmentation in collaboration with the executive team.
    • Team Management and Leadership: Build, manage, and lead a high-performing marketing team. This includes overseeing freelancers and ensuring their deliverables align with company goals.
    • Marketing Campaigns and Budget Management: Conducting high-level strategies and budget allocation per channel.
    • Sales and Product Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales and product growth departments to align strategies and drive lead generation KPIs by increasing sales accepted leads.
    • Market Analysis and Competitor Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitors and devise effective counter-strategies.
    • Communication and Engagement Optimization: Utilize tools like Chatwoot/WhatsApp/Hubspot to optimize communication and improve marketing effectiveness. This also involves owning and optimizing retention strategies for self-service customers.
    • Target Audience Identification and Creative Marketing: Identify global target audiences and develop creative marketing ideas for acquisition and engagement. This includes leading global content strategy and creating engaging content for various platforms.
    • Brand and Relationship Management: Maintain brand standards across all marketing and communication channels. Establish and manage global referral plans, and build relationships with key partners, influencers, and PR agencies for effective brand storytelling.
    • SEO and Content Strategy: Develop and execute SEO strategy using tools like Rankmath, Search Console, SEMrush, and other SEO tools. Develop a yearly content strategy aligned with product growth goals.
    • Website and Marketing Tech Management: Ensure website optimization for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO. Manage and strategically grow the marketing tech stack and oversee website maintenance for optimal functionality.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation for market forecasts and reports. Track and report ROI across marketing activities.
    • Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement: Establish marketing automation systems and utilize marketing automation tools for customer engagement.
    • Conversion Strategies: Focus on conversion strategies from trial to customer.
    • Event Participation and Networking: Identify and participate in relevant industry events and conferences.

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership roles in a global capacity.
  • Understand B2B SaaS marketing (in the retail and eCommerce industries) inside-out, including recent trends in product-led growth and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience growing from start to 5M ARR (and, ideally, beyond).
  • Has previously owned and delivered on a lead/opportunity KPI.
  • Relevant Martech experience. The ideal candidate can build the marketing tech stack, including setting up the attribution models and experience with implementing marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, Autopilot, Hubspot, Intercom, etc.).
  • Experience working across the entire SaaS marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion, and re-engagement) across the whole marketing mix, including online and offline channels.
  • Background in demand generation marketing tactics.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase qualified lead volume.
  • Experience in brand building and managing a PR agency.
  • A background in owning and managing a budget, forecasting, and delivering on monthly goals of spending, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and retention.
  • A strong strategic thinker who can translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into solid marketing strategies and a highly organized "doer" with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action and actionable results that can drive effectiveness and efficiencies over time.
  • Deep expertise in ad/web/email reporting and analytics platforms, such as Google Ads/Analytics, Social Media platforms, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
  • Experience working for a matrix organization.
  • Experience in an early growth-stage company is highly preferred.
  • Thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. Comfortable putting hands on the keyboard as necessary to drive progress in a lean start-up environment.
Qualification/ Bonus:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse, geographically dispersed teams (preferred).
  • Experience in the MENAP Market.
