Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for one of our clients (Tech Start-up) to develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and a track record of implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

● Optimise and grow the marketing funnel, boosting inbound leads and overall acquisition
● Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns across B2B channels
● Optimise the customer journey through all marketing touchpoints
● Conduct tests, data analysis, and research to reveal revenue growth opportunities
● Build automation and engagement strategies for different audiences and in different lifecycle stages
● Own the development of customer-facing marketing assets to support product storytelling and drive acquisition (e.g. product videos, blogs, email campaigns, product copy, support knowledge base articles, press releases, customer success stories, website copy, social channels, etc)
● Manage budget and performance for paid advertising channels
● Brief and manage external service providers such as marketing agencies, content & video producers, etc.
● Manage and optimise the customer-referral program
● Work with leadership to communicate campaign performance, determine budgets, set goals, define KPIs and ROI strategies to support quarterly and annual revenue targets
