Job Description


Rider Recruitment and Onboarding:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive online and offline strategies to attract and hire new riders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns for rider
  • acquisition.
  • Leverage online platforms, job portals, and community engagement to identify and connect with potential riders.
  • Streamline and optimize the onboarding process for new riders, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to new riders during the onboarding phase, addressing queries and facilitating a smooth transition.

Rider Engagement and Sentiment:


  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous rider engagement, ensuring a positive and fulfilling experience.
  • Monitor rider sentiment through various channels, addressing concerns, and enhancing overall satisfaction.

Collaboration and Networking:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, and commercials, to align rider acquisition strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Foster relationships with local communities, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance rider recruitment efforts.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of different recruitment channels and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to rider acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and sentiment.

Operation KPIs for the Region:


  • Develop and track key operational performance indicators for the South Region.
  • Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and ensure the smooth functioning of the supply.

Managerial Oversight:


  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for rider acquisition, onboarding, and engagement.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance for the overall success of the supply in the South Region.

Training and Development:


  • Collaborate with training teams to ensure new riders receive proper orientation and training.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement in the onboarding and training processes.

Compliance:


  • Ensure that all rider recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in rider acquisition.

Qualifications
  • Masters degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain, or a related
  • field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in operations or a similar managerial role, preferably in the ride-hailing, food delivery or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with online delivery platforms and e-commerce.
  • Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel to meet external stakeholders as needed.
