Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier After Sales to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent customer service and organizational skills. The Cashier After Sales will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accuracy in sales transactions. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Position Concept:

To ensure that all cash payments due to the company are received, recorded, and remitted on a timely basis.


Organizational Relationship

Reports to Assistant Financial Controller


Key Functions

  1. Accept cash, cheques, approved purchase orders and bankcards for payment.
  2. Tally cash/ cheque/ credit card amount with daily sales report and submit to After sales – Accounts department.
  3. Address any cash discrepancy.
  4. Issue gate pass.
  5. Handling of petty cash
  6. Remit all cash to After sales – Accounts department.

Preferred Candidate:

a) Gender: Male

b) Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

c) Candidate from retail is preferred (parts, fashion, food, supermarket, etc)

c) Math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.

d) Communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

e) High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

f) Attention to detail.

g) Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
