Hands on experience as DBA/ Oracle Database Administrator
OCA or OCP certificate is a must
Minimum 4 years of experience in database administration
Solid knowledge of the following:

o Backup and Recovery
o Performance optimization
o Unix-based operating systems
o Oracle Application Server
o SQL and PL/SQL scripting
