Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Designer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs for a wide range of projects. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Create visually appealing and innovative designs for various projects.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations.
3. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design.
5. Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into the final designs.
6. Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.
7. Contribute to the overall design strategy and provide input on improving design processes.
8. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all designs.
9. Ensure that designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
6. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
7. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
