Elementary School Teacher

A reputable international school in Doha, Qatar is seeking a qualified and experienced Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in an elementary school setting. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for our students, implementing curriculum, and assessing student progress. Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum guidelines
2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and well-being
3. Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students
4. Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional practices
6. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
7. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
8. Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
9. Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline
10. Attend staff meetings and participate in school-wide events and activities

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
2. Teaching certification or license
3. Prior experience teaching in an elementary school setting
4. Strong knowledge of curriculum and instructional strategies
