SNR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER - Qatar / Doha


Skills

Essential Qualifications and Education:

 

  • 8-15 yrs. in oil and gas with major contractor or consultant predominantly performing detail design.
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering
  • Strong working knowledge of many design techniques and analysis methods, and detailed knowledge of the content and application of standards codes and guidelines as applicable.
  • Seasoned knowledge of engineering standards and specifications.
  • Good knowledge of engineering software.
  • Sr. Structural Engineer - 10 years (all depends on interview performance)
  • SACs software experience
  • USFOS software experience
  • In place, Fatigue, seismic, collapse, lift loadout, transport, transport fatigue analysis experience 
  • Offshore  structural topsides & jacket (well head platforms)
  • Offshore  structural topsides & jacket (Process platforms)
  • Middle east offshore experience (Qatar, UAE, KSA) , if not other regions offshore experience
  • EPIC contractor experience
