Job Description

  • Prepares delivery plans in conjunction with the Skills Development Academy (SDA) training standards and requirements.
  • Conduct Toyota Global Content Program (TGCP) Foundational Training through Classroom & Gemba Training by demonstrating practical skills, using standard training materials provided by the SDA team.
  • Facilitate and conduct training for employees using the Al Abdulghani Motors (AAM) Philosophy and Toyota Principles & Practices Training
  • Conducting Pre-tests and Post Tests, evaluating trainees' performance, and conducting Employee Feedback surveys.
  • To support the SDA team in cultivating and developing in employees a kaizen mindset and innovative thinking through effective classroom and Gemba training aligned with AAM Philosophy.
  • To attend all required Train-the-Trainers training programs to learn about the TGCP mid-level Training program.
  • Help to ensure the achievement of the HR Strategic goals by nurturing and engaging employees through skills development.
