Job Description
An HR Specialist with experience in Onyx software is needed to join our team in Ar Rabi, Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and extensive knowledge of Onyx software. This role will involve managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Prepare and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including employee contracts, work hours, and leave entitlements.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Experience using Onyx software for HR management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
