Job Description

  • Prepare BIM execution plans and project specific training documentation
  • Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors
  • Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs
  • Audit and review models
  • Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members.
  • Early design review and constructability analysis
  • Manage / Update BIM Project Documents
  • 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
  • 4D Scheduling / Simulation
  • Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures
  • Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Completed coursework in Construction, Architecture, or an equivalent combination of training and or work experience.
  • BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology

Skills

  • HNC/HND (or higher degree) in a construction-based subject
  • Years of Experience in the same role
  • Excellent knowledge all disciplines & coordination.
  • Expert on Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of BIM standards
  • English Language Proficiency
