Description

Financial Data Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial information for analysis.Utilize data mining techniques to extract relevant insights for strategic decision-making.Understand the Manufacturing process analyse key trends on wastages and variances


KPI Development:
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.Design and implement measurement frameworks to track and report on financial performance metrics.Regularly assess and refine KPIs to ensure relevance and alignment with organizational goals.


Dashboard Creation:
Develop visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards to present complex financial data in a comprehensible manner.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data sources and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of dashboard information.Provide training and support to end-users for effective utilization of dashboards.


Business Process Optimization:
Evaluate existing business processes related to finance and identify areas for improvement.Recommend and implement process enhancements to streamline financial workflows.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance financial processes.


Analytics and Reporting:
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate financial insights to management.Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of various financial strategies.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance analytical capabilities.


Profile

Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance.Strong background in finance, accounting, and manufacturing process or related field.Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and interpretation.Familiarity with IT systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT professionals.Proficiency in relevant tools and software for data analysis and visualization - experience with INFOR would be advantageousExcellent communication skills to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.




Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting techniques.Experience with ERP systems and financial software (specially Infor).Experience of manufacturing process an develop key Performance indicatorsFamiliarity with business intelligence tools and databases.Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic business environment
