Description
§ Strong in Communication, with good Experience in Banking for system related projects,
Loyalty management customer experience, operations management technologies,
compliance, translating complex requirements to hand over to a development team.
§ Produce complete BRD/FSD and functional design document to match business
requirements for data management design and development team.
§ Should have knowledge of Reports, Dashboards with multiple KPI’s / Visualization
§ Should be aware of B2B and B2C Business models.
§ Participate in business discussions to understand functional requirements and act as a
bridge between business stakeholders and data management Development team.
§ Understand the business process flows and provide input to architects within data
management office for custom developments and data integration requirements.
§ Bring expert banking domain knowledge which will help to understand the complex
business process and convert this business logic into technical rules.
§ Ability to communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences
(technical and non-technical)
§ Ability to effectively prioritize work, balancing support volume with project/product
driven roles.
§ Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
§ Should have knowledge of Teradata and oracle Database.
Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years of specific experience as a Business Analyst
· University Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or any other relative qualifications.
Previous working experience as BA in Al Rajhi Bank
