Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with an engineering and managment background to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and gas industry and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our range of technical products.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients and participate in negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
- Manage branch office operations in KSA, ensuring proper reporting to the headquarters.
- Track orders with customers and provide a seamless sales experience from inquiry to order execution and delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial power transmission products such as couplings, clutches, brakes, gearboxes, and power take-offs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.
- Valid driving license.
