Develop roadmap to achieve business goal, involve all key stakeholders organize strategies and create business plan. Develop and manage the implementation of performance management system, build scorecards, KPIs and recommend performance improvement initiatives in compliance with corporate strategies, business plan and operational priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
