We're Hiring | CMM Programmer


Al Raziqiyah Company for Metal Industries is looking for a qualified and experienced CMM Programmer to join our growing team in Riyadh.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment.
  • Perform dimensional inspections on machined and fabricated components.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T.
  • Generate and maintain inspection reports.
  • Identify and report non-conforming products.
  • Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to ensure product compliance.
  • Maintain CMM equipment and ensure proper calibration practices.


Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience operating CMM equipment.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Experience with CMM software such as PC-DMIS, CALYPSO, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Height Gauges, etc.).
  • Experience in precision machining, aerospace, or defense manufacturing is an advantage.


Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T accurately.
  • Experience with CMM programming and inspection software.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage inspection priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing tolerances is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
