​We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator & Supervisor to join our furniture manufacturing factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC routers, drilling machines, and edge-banding machines, while also overseeing production workflows to ensure precision, quality, and timely output


Key Responsibilities
CNC Machine Operation: Expertly operate and manage CNC Router machines to execute complex furniture designs with high precision.
Design Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM design files to ensure accurate machine programming and material cutting.
Production Processes:
CNC Cutting: Execute precise routing and panel processing on various materials (MDF, Plywood, etc.).
Drilling: Perform accurate drilling operations for hinges, cams, and joinery as per assembly drawings.
Edge Banding: Operate the edge-banding machine to achieve high-quality, seamless finishes on furniture components.
Supervision & Workflow: Oversee machine operators, ensure the production schedule is maintained, and troubleshoot operational issues on the shop floor.
Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of finished components to ensure they meet factory quality standards and minimize material waste.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform daily checks, cleaning, and routine maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity
