Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join Rubix family, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of minimum 14 years of experience of success working with international consulting firms with strong relations with key players in the sport industry in the Saudi market, you will work with senior team to develop and execute plans to expand our business and introduce new services offering.


As a Consulting Managing Director, your roles and responsibilities will include:


  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth in the sport industry in KSA. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to develop actionable insights.
  • Drive business growth leveraging your network of contacts, the ideal contact will have deep understanding of consulting business offerings with potential new leads and secure new business.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key players in the sports industry. Collaborate with industry stakeholders to leverage resources, expand reach, and drive growth.
  • Lead client engagement by ensuring the delivery of high-quality consultancy services and drive positive client relations to ensure business continuity.
  • Design and implement strategic business solutions for clients, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches to drive transformation and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the economics and financials of consulting projects, including budgeting, billing, and profitability analysis, to ensure financial success and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, and manage risks associated with consulting projects
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing guidance on project work and career progression to build a high-performing consulting team.
  • Participate in thought leadership activities, such as speaking at industry conferences and publishing articles.
  • Participate in firm’s internal initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on business performance, client satisfaction, and project outcomes.
