Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Corporate Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our corporate accounts and building strong relationships with key clients. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and meeting their needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the corporate market. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow our corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting their needs
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact
  3. Understand the needs and goals of our clients, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing accounts
  6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  7. Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in our CRM system
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team

Preferred Candidate:

  1. 2+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the corporate market
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
  6. Highly organized and detail-oriented
  7. Self-motivated and results-driven
  8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
