Description
The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for leading the Healthcare group business units (hospitals, clinics, & pharmacies) revenue cycle management including coding, Pricing, collections, and Rejections management, Upgrading & conducting contracts with Insurance companies & third party payers (Private & Public). This position is responsible for ensuring claims, denials, and appeals are efficiently processed, and resolving Pricing g-related issues. The Revenue Cycle Manager will minimize bad debt, improve cash flow, and effectively manage accounts receivables.Evaluate and report on KPIs Provide up to date education for Doctors, clinical staff , billing, and coding staff on coding & Insurance claiming trendsDevelops, evaluates, implements, and revises policies and procedures related to coding, reimbursement activities and Revenue improvement strategiesReconcile all receivables and revenue reports and work closely with the finance department in the development of the monthly financial statementsConduct monthly analysis of Third Party PayersResponsible for the generation and management of revenue, admissions, and credentialing metric reportsReview and resolve issues related to claim generation and rejected/denied billingsKeeps abreast of all reimbursement billing procedures of third party and private insurance payers and government regulationsMaintains appropriate internal controls over accounts receivable, RCM processMonitors accounts sent for collection and reimbursements from insurance companies and other third-party payersReviews, monitors, and evaluates third party reimbursement and researches variancesParticipates in the development of coding and billing strategies, evaluating process relative to revenue cycle, and making recommendations while ensuring compliance with any relevant rules or regulations .other duties as assigned
Profile
15 years of experience (At least 5 years in same position in KSA ).Experience in hospital & Pharmaceutical IndustriesExperience in JCIA organizations is preferred
