Design Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Design Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in design, with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing a team of designers, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead a team of designers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and strategies that align with business goals.
3. Oversee the development and execution of design projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards and client expectations.
4. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to source materials and manage project budgets.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the design process.
6. Review and provide feedback on design concepts and deliverables, ensuring that they meet project requirements.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements, and translate them into design briefs.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
2. Saudi nationality, currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
3. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in design, preferably in a managerial role.
4. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Strong leadership and project management skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
8. Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
9. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
10. Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
