Electrical Technician

A Master Electrician Maintenance Technician, will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on electrical
systems and equipment. expertise in electrical systems and codes will ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure.Responsible for:
Perform routine maintenance inspections on electrical systems, including distribution panels, wiring,
switches, and lighting fixtures, to identify potential issues.
•Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify electrical malfunctions and determine appropriate
repair methods.
•Repair or replace faulty electrical components, such as circuit breakers, fuses, switches, motors, and control
systems.
•Install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems and equipment in compliance with local electrical codes and
regulations.
•Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and contractors to coordinate electrical repair and
installation projects.
•Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment inventories.
• Perform electrical safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and.
•Adhere to safety protocols and procedures during maintenance and repair tasks.
Requirements:
•Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical training in electrical systems or a related field is
required. Valid Master Electrician license/certification is essential.
•Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, distribution panels, and electrical
codes.
•Experience in troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and performing repairs.
•Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
•Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to electrical work.
•Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
•Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
