• Analyzing project specifications, and bidding documents to prepare the comprehensive bid estimate.
• Using the latest estimating software and tools to produce swift and accurate estimates.
• Coordinate with fellow engineers during the estimate process and deliver prompt and accurate project estimates.
• Aptitude to grasp the important knowledge and concepts of preparing the valuable bids for contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in estimation, with a proven track record of managing projects in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in estimation software and tools and In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and industry standards, particularly in the Saudi Arabian context.
