Job Description

Role Summary: 


To run the maintenance program that is prepared and provided in Maintenance Section of Engineering Department as it’s key user and fully active on floor hands on team member.
To perform all mechanical preventive, reactive, corrective and scheduled maintenance jobs, special assignment, pre and post requirements, core job related documentation and communication and all relevant works being fully hands-on and in operational shifts rotation for the consistent compliance of Maintenance Program.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintenance and repair jobs, fabrication and technical support.
  • To contribute fully hands-on for production engineering collaborated projects like new products, process development, engineering development and operational and engineering trials.
  • To observe all applicable QA/cGMP guidelines to perform each and every action and job with respect to
    all responsibilities.
  • To Perform fully hands on Reactive Maintenance and Troubleshooting on the Pharma Production
    Equipment Floor. This encircles all areas of all sites of Jamjoom Pharma. However, as Focused
    Contribution in your currently designated area(s) as per departmental instruction.
  • To manage and consistently maintain all the records timely and effectively like Maintenance SOPs,
    Checklist, Notification and Orders.
  • To ensure the effective implementation of SAP module through timely data entry for all relevant
    transactions and processes and record keeping.
  • To Perform fully hands on Scheduled Corrective Maintenance on the Pharma Production Equipment
    Floor. This encircles all areas of all sites of Jamjoom Pharma. However, as Focused Contribution in your
    currently designated area(s) as per departmental instruction.
  • To coordinate with departmental management for the monitoring and availability of Spare Parts.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  •  Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering with 4 to 6 years’ experience .
  • Good understanding on Pharma cGMP specially Good Engineering practices.
  • Engineering and Technical Record Keeping and Reporting.
  • Proficient in oral & written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Leader ship skills and having ability to build good relationship to promote healthy work environment.
