Financial Analyst/ Investment Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst/Investment Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, investment analysis, and financial modeling. As a Financial Analyst/Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, developing financial models, and providing insights and recommendations to support investment decisions. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to assess the financial health and performance of companies
2. Conduct industry research and analyze market trends to identify investment opportunities
3. Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment scenarios and assess potential risks and returns
4. Prepare investment memos and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
5. Monitor and track the performance of existing investments and provide regular reports to stakeholders
6. Participate in due diligence processes, including conducting research, analyzing financial data, and preparing investment proposals
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to support investment transactions
8. Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact investment decisions
9. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
10. Provide support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 1-5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or a related role
3. Any nationality, currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
5. Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
6. Excellent knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and industry trends
7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
9. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills
11. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
