Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Gyoom | غيوم. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include understanding client needs, providing support and guidance, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage several project.
  • Extensive understanding of business fundamentals paired with an innate ability to lead.
  • Flawless exchange of ideas during peer-to-peer communication and the ability to follow-up effectively.
  • Familiarization with business tracks, complemented by the initiative to steer a team effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in account management or sales
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile (Scrum Master)
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
