  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow the brand's presence, follower base, and engagement.
  • Schedule and publish varied content on social media, interact timely with audiences, and manage community interactions to promote a positive brand experience.
  • Assist in marketing campaign planning and execution, with a focus on promoting content across digital and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, public relations, and service departments to create educational content for diverse audiences.
  • Produce detailed monthly reports on content and social media performance, providing insights for strategic improvement.
