Job Description

  • Experience in large-scale housing construction projects.
  • Able to use software’s AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and MS Office.
  • Calculate quantities based on tender/ IFC Drawings using software’s. (E.g., Planswift, CostX or Revu Bluebeam)
  • Collect and review all pertinent documents, including property plans, technical drawings, and project specifications, and inspect the construction site to fully understand the required work.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cost estimation, budget management, and quality assurance practices.
  • Obtain correct and competitive pricing for materials, equipment, and services required to complete an estimate of reasonable probable cost.


Skills

Bachelor's Degree in (Electrical/Mechanical) Engineering

10+ years Saudi/Gulf work experience is a must involving typical estimating activities

Bilingual, English and Arabic (Arabic is an advantage)
