تبحث شركة قابضة تمتلك اكثر من 20 فرع للمطاعم في داخل المملكة العربية السعودية عن مدير تغشيل و بالمتطلبات التالية:
الدور الرئيسي:
يقوم مدير تشغيل وعمليات المطاعم بإدارة الأنشطة اليومية للمطاعم لضمان تحقيق الكفاءة التشغيلية وتوفير تجربة تناول طعام متميزة للعملاء. يعمل على تحقيق الأهداف المالية والاستراتيجيات التي تحددها الإدارة العليا.
المسؤوليات:
- إدارة عمليات اليومية للمطعام بشكل فعال وكفاءة.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتحسين الربحية.
- تطوير وتحسين سياسات العمل والإجراءات لضمان جودة الخدمة.
- توفير تدريب وإشراف للموظفين لضمان أداءهم الفعّال.
- ضمان تنفيذ معايير النظافة والسلامة الصحية في المطعم.
- تحليل البيانات وتقديم تقارير دورية لتقييم أداء المطعم.
- إدارة المخزون ومراقبة التكاليف لتحسين كفاءة العمل.
- التفاعل مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم وضمان رضاهم.

Job Description:
The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the restaurant to ensure operational efficiency and provide customers with an exceptional dining experience. They work to achieve financial goals and implement strategies set by senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the restaurant's daily operations.
- Achieve sales goals and enhance profitability.
- Develop and improve work policies and procedures to ensure service quality.
- Provide training and supervision to staff to ensure effective performance.
- Ensure implementation of hygiene and health safety standards in the restaurant.
- Analyze data and provide regular reports to assess restaurant performance.
- Manage inventory and control costs to improve operational efficiency.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Skills
الخبرة السابقة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات كمدير تشغيل في مجال سلاسل المطعام (أجبارية).
- فهم عميق للعمليات اليومية والتحديات التي قد تواجهها في صناعة المطاعم.
التعليم والتدريب:
- درجة جامعية في مجال ذي صلة، مثل إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة الفنادق والضيافة.
- دورات تدريبية إضافية في إدارة المطاعم أو التشغيل الفعّال.
المهارات الإدارية:
- قدرة قوية على إدارة الفريق وتحفيزه لتحقيق أداء متميز.
- مهارات تنظيم وتخطيط فائقة.
التواصل الفعّال:
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتفاعل مع الفريق والزبائن.
- القدرة على التعبير عن الأفكار والتوجيه بوضوح.
القيادة:
- قدرة على اتخاذ القرارات السريعة والفعّالة في بيئة ديناميكية.
- القدرة على إلهام وتوجيه الفريق نحو تحقيق الأهداف.
التفكير التحليلي:
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات وتقييم أداء المطعم.
- القدرة على اتخاذ إجراءات استنادًا إلى التحليل الفعّال.
المعرفة بصناعة المطاعم:
1- فهم عميق لاتجاهات صناعة المأكولات والمشروبات.
معرفة بالتشريعات والمعايير الصحية والسلامة المتعلقة بصناعة المطاعم.
Previous Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the restaurant chain industry (mandatory).
- In-depth understanding of daily operations and challenges faced in the restaurant industry.
Education and Training:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Management or Hotel and Hospitality Management.
- Additional training courses in restaurant management or effective operations.
Management Skills:
- Strong ability to manage and motivate teams for outstanding performance.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
Effective Communication:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with the team and customers.
- Ability to express ideas and directions clearly.
Leadership:
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to inspire and guide the team towards achieving goals.
Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate restaurant performance.
- Capacity to take actions based on effective analysis.
Restaurant Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of food and beverage industry trends.
- Knowledge of regulations and health and safety standards related to the restaurant industry.
