Job Description



You will act as the primary support and advisor to the CEO, driving the strategic plans for the organisation and be responsible for facilitating effective decision-making, managing critical projects, and ensuring seamless communication across the leadership team.

Description
Strategic Planning & Execution: Support CEO in developing and executing strategic plans, analysing market trends, and managing industry development activities.Leadership & Team Management: Act as a liaison to the CEO, lead strategic projects, help with management of the leadership team, and oversee support staff.Communication & Representation: Prepare content for meetings, represent the CEO in discussions, draft communications, and manage internal/external communication.Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, and manage resource allocation.Organisational Development: Contribute to refining policies, support people management strategies, and foster a positive work environment.


Profile
Existing experience in reporting directly to a CEO of a growing business, managing a varied range of tasks OR diverse experience within an international strategy or management consulting firm.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills.Strategic planning and execution experience.


Job Offer
Attractive, tax-free salary of AED 35,000 - 40,000 per month + bonus, schooling allowance, family medical and family travel allowance. Opportunity to play a key role in helping to build a new organisation by supporting the CEO directly
