Job Description:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of aluminum facade projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing both installation and production processes, with a keen focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within specified timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
- Lead the planning and coordination of aluminum facade projects, working closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution and allocation of resources.
2. Installation Management:
- Oversee the installation phase of projects, coordinating with installation teams to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to installation teams, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process.
3. Production Oversight:
- Manage production activities, including manufacturing of aluminum facade components and materials, to meet project requirements and timelines.
- Monitor production processes, quality control measures, and inventory levels to ensure efficient production operations and timely delivery of materials.
4. Client Communication and Satisfaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on both installation and production processes, preferably in the facade industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
