Job Description
The Project Control Manager/Director will oversee and manage the planning, monitoring, and execution of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget. They will track progress, schedule, cost, document management, QA/QC, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.

Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure a clear road map for project execution.
Budget Management: Monitor and control project expenditures, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently, and implement strategies to address any budgetary deviations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, implement risk mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to keep the project on track.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track project progress against milestones, generate regular reports for stakeholders, and communicate key performance indicators to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
Profile
The successful Project Control Manager/Director will have at least 15 years of experience with a proven track record delivering for large and complex projects in the GCC region (ideally KSA).
Additionally, they should demonstrate an expertise in planning and delivering projects within scope and budget, as well as excelling in financial management and communication skills.
