Job Description

Join our team at Eram Engineering as a Project Manager and be part of one of the most ambitious and innovative projects in the world. As a Project Manager for Neom, you will lead and manage various projects within the Neom development, ensuring successful delivery and execution.


Responsibilities


  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones
  • Report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale construction projects
  • Experience working in mega project developments like Neom is highly preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is required
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
  • Knowledge of construction and engineering disciplines
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet project deadlines
