Quality Manager

Eram Engineering, a reputable engineering firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team for a prestigious project in Neom. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall quality management system and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Develop and implement the project quality management plan
• Establish and maintain the quality management system to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define and document quality objectives and targets
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
• Manage non-conformance reports and ensure timely resolution of quality issues
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Provide training and support to project personnel on quality management processes and procedures
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging quality trends
