Purchasing Manager - مدير مشتريات أجهزة كهربائية ومنزلية ومستلزمات مطابخ

 ❇️ المهام الرئيسية:

 • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المشتريات لضمان توفير الأجهزة وأدوات صناعة المطبخ والخشب والرخام

 • شراء المواد اللازمة لعمليات التصنيع والإنتاج بكفاءة عالية وفقًا للمعايير المحددة.

 • إدارة العلاقات مع الموردين والشركات الخارجية للأجهزة المنزلية والكهربائية

 • متابعة الطلبيات وإدارة الفواتير والدفعات المالية.

 • تقديم التقارير الدورية لإدارة الشركة بشأن أداء قسم المشتريات.

 ❇️ المؤهلات:

 • خبرة لا تقل عن ٣ سنوات في مجال المشتريات في قطاع تصنيع المطابخ والأجهزة الكهربائية

 • مهارات تفاوض ممتازة وقدرة على إدارة العلاقات.

 • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة عدة مهام في نفس الوقت.

 • مهارات تحليلية وقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات بسرعة.

 • مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

 * متطلبات الوظيفة :

·    السكن في المدينة المنورة أو ما يجاورها في المملكة العربية السعودية

·    إقامة قابلة للتحويل + رخصة قيادة

·    إمكانية بدأ العمل فورا أو أقصاها أسبوعين

·    المرتب بعد إظهار الخبرات ويوجد نسبة من المشتريات يتم الاتفاق عليها.

 ❇️ Main tasks:

 • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the availability of appliances, kitchen tools, wood and marble industry

 • Procurement of materials necessary for manufacturing and production processes with high efficiency in accordance with specified standards.

 • Managing relationships with suppliers and external companies for home and electrical appliances

 • Follow up on orders and manage invoices and financial payments.

 • Submitting periodic reports to company management regarding the performance of the purchasing department.

 ❇️ Qualifications:

 • At least 3 years of experience in the field of procurement in the kitchen and electrical appliances manufacturing sector

 • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships.

 • The ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks at the same time.

 • Analytical skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.

 • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

 *Job requirements:

· Residence in Medina or its vicinity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

·    Transferable Iqama + Driving License

· Possibility of starting work immediately or a maximum of two weeks

· Salary after demonstrating experience, and there is a percentage of purchases that is agreed upon.
