Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and contribute to the growth and success of our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 0-3 years in sales role
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in security systems, technology, or related industries.
  • Having technical knowledge in smart home systems, preferably.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
