1. Responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure that all work is delivered safely on time as per the assigned schedule and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required.
2. Assist and coordinate with assistant project manager overall cost control, quality control and schedule control of the project.
3. Assist and coordinate with assistant project manager site management.
4. Attend when required all meetings with project management team, suppliers, architects, contractors and subcontractors.
5. Responsible for issuing daily site reports and updates.
