Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Work on optimizing existing foam manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
  • Material Characterization: Conduct thorough analysis and testing of foam materials to ensure they meet quality standards and desired specifications.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures throughout the production process to maintain consistent and high-quality foam products.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in synthetic chemistry and foam technology to contribute innovative ideas for product improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of chemical processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all foam products comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues related to the chemical processes involved in foam production.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in synthetic chemistry, preferably in the foam industry.
  • Strong understanding of polymer chemistry and materials science.
  • Proficient in laboratory techniques and equipment related to foam production.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to chemical manufacturing.
