Job Title: Technical Content Writer (Onsite - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Technical Content Writer to join our team onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specializing in IT and technology with a focus on cybersecurity and cloud computing. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills in Arabic and have a deep understanding of technical concepts in these areas. As a Technical Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in developing clear and concise technical documentation, articles, blog posts, and other materials targeted at our audience in the cybersecurity and cloud computing domains.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive technical documentation including security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines related to cybersecurity and cloud computing.
  2. Create engaging and informative content for blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing materials to educate our audience on cybersecurity best practices, cloud technologies, and industry trends.
  3. Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts, cloud architects, and other subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy and relevance of technical content.
  4. Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise content that is accessible to a diverse audience, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, cybersecurity threats, and cloud computing trends to incorporate relevant information into technical documentation and content.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to align technical content with our brand voice and messaging, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  7. Conduct research and analysis to identify gaps in existing documentation and develop new content to address the needs of our customers and prospects.
  8. Revise and update technical documentation and content as necessary to reflect changes in technology, industry regulations, or organizational policies.
  9. Participate in cross-functional meetings and workshops to provide technical guidance and support on content-related initiatives.


Skills

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Technical Writer or Content Writer with a focus on cybersecurity and cloud computing.
  3. Fluent in Arabic with excellent writing and communication skills. Proficiency in English is a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, cloud computing technologies, and IT infrastructure concepts.
  5. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
  6. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  7. Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Markdown, and Git.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate, and well-organized content.
  10. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
