Job Description

Role Purpose


Receive, study & submit tenders and contract-based enquiries. Maintain various contracts, project logs, tender, and RPO tracking sheet. Perform administrative tasks to support the tendering department, managers, and team. Track of tendering inputs and data. Prepare a daily and weekly report of the department progress.


Job Accountabilities & Activities


Administration:


Review contract-based enquiries prior processing.


Prepare quotation for the contract-based enquiries and submit it to Sales Engineer / Customer


Controls the sending of documents for tenders.


Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.


Scans, photocopies the documents required for the preparation of an application for a tender.


Maintain and update competitors’ database and prices.



Assist Tendering team prepare/ update project estimates and cost sheets.


Track and update Tendering inputs and data.


Prepare and submit Daily and Weekly OPP Tracking Report to the Tendering Manager.


Assist in organizing meetings


Submit weekly RPO updates to Tendering Manager and Billing team.


 Developing, coordinating and submitting bids, tender documents, and proposals in response to the requests from the concerned party

Oversee the tender process starting from preparing & collecting tender documents, coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver the data within the timeline.

Ensure the offer is approved commercially and aligned with terms & conditions

Ensuring compliance with relevant governance and legal requirements.


Education & Certifications


Bachelor’s degree or high diploma in IT, Computer Sicence, Networks or any related majors.


Required Years Of Experience


2 to 3 Years work exercise in a similar environment.
