Your role: Oversee the Traditional Trade channel and spearhead its growth. You will be fully accountable for upholding the brand's market presence and enhancing its influence within the trade sphere. This involves directing a sales team and van sales operations, with a focus on optimizing processes, fostering efficiency, and enhancing team capabilities. Collaborate closely with modern trade customers to drive added value and increase market share. Attain sales targets to maximize both volume and margins. Develop a robust go-to-market strategy to ensure comprehensive coverage of the assigned territory.
Must have: The ideal candidates will have a background in a direct distribution model, with a demonstrated history of leading large teams and effectively managing operations while charting the course for future growth. Experience in overseeing Traditional Trade/Wholesale/Van Sales Channels in the central region is essential. Additionally, candidates should possess a minimum of 4-7 years of Sales and Account Management experience in the FMCG sector.
