Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and company quality requirements.
- Maintain proper temperature controls for chilled and frozen storage areas.

- Coordinate product recalls and quality control procedures when required.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations and local health authority requirements.
Team Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, inventory controllers, and warehouse staff.
- Establish clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Train employees on warehouse procedures, food safety standards, inventory management, and workplace safety.
- Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, and labor productivity.
Logistics & Distribution
- Coordinate inbound deliveries from suppliers and outbound distribution to restaurants, branches, and central kitchens.
- Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of all inventory movements.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and operations teams to forecast inventory requirements.
- Optimize transportation and warehouse processes to improve service levels and reduce costs.
Health & Safety
- Enforce workplace health and safety regulations throughout warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment, forklifts, and material handling tools.
- Investigate accidents and implement preventive measures.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Analyze inventory trends, stock aging, wastage, and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor and report key warehouse KPIs to senior management.
- Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives within the warehouse function.
