Most of what we call 'Management' consists of making it difficult for people to get their work done. Do you agree?

No I don't agree. Because managers should always be looking out for one best way to get work done, one best way to improve on task done to make it easier for workers to do. To apply the right technology to make life easier for staff.

Yes & No. Yes because managers are obliged in all conditions & situations to ensure that work is done whether it hurts, stresses or inconviniences the workers or not. No because workers are also obliged to carryout their duties resonsibily, inconveniences are part of their work setting. Therefore, this calls for managers to strike a balance between ensuring that work is done resopnsibliy & that also workers' needs are met & considered relatively.
