  2. Keep your cool

  3. Don’t take it personally

  4. Document their behavior

  5. Pick meeting times carefully

  6. Focus on what can be actioned upon

  7. Treat the person with respect

If the manager has a character like the above then the best policy is to do your job but spend as little as possible time with him/her. I don't think though that the employee could stay a long time in this job (I lasted for about one year, it was the most painful working experience in my life).

Support him in a more generous way for the work which require additional skill.

Do not ask for permissions except under rare cases.

Do not much entertain your colleagues at your seat

Treat him as if your brother-- keep this in mind ---to remain with the work so long as you can

assist and be beside him for chang
