What are the manager/ boss usually love to hear from his/ her subordinates?

I think that a successful manager likes to hear the following words from his subordinates: I have completed the work in the required manner, I have a suggestion, I have a note, I see change such and such, I see develop such and such, we are in advanced in our work on the plan

for my boss "don't worry Sir I will handle it or do it"..

YES ............ THIS IS THE WORD ,,, THEY ALWAYS LOVE TO HEAR FROM DOWN STREAM ........... GOOD DAY

Bosses usually love to hear potential solutions and constructive ideas. Every now and then they love to mentor. However above all they'd love to hear the job's been completed successfully. They also love to hear "I'll take care of it". Bosses are satisfied when the subordinates and employees deliver with responsibility and sensibly on tasks.

 

Personally in my case: It's the above as well as when i bring fourth constructive project ideas.

Irrespective of the position, human beings appreciate to hear an affirmative, positive intentions, reasoning, continuity, opportunities for learning and contribution towards productive output.

I can do it Sir!  (smiling with confidence)

All the managers need to hear solution and suggestions don't like to hear that there is a problem...

Usually, I cannot hear their words directly, but happened to hear the same indirectly through others.  Good words are actually fearful to me as they enhance our responsibilities and some time it may end up with some bitter experience...it need not be from those who mentioned the same.  So I am a little bit cautious.

I think that the Director must hear from everyone ,then arranges his ideas

to  compares all the data in his mind and not biased to any seer but the truth

and the facts.

He loves to hear from them words that indicate their commitment to the executing what is  required of them, he loves to hear new suggestions, or important and meaningful observations, he loves to hear that targets & objectives completed on time or before, and he loves to hear what indicates their trust & confidence as a manager and his plans and decisions.
