- define for each task what are risks of not doing or delaying each task and the benefits if doing it quickly.

- Start with tasks that are both Urgent and Important

- Second Urgent but not important

- Third you take Not urgent but import

- At last, you will try to do the rest.

- Remember that knowledge and experience of time management is very useful in priority management
