For us family is most important. And to run our family we need the income from the work we are doing. So both are very very important. If any one misses work or family we are ruined. All of the above . I think we can measure life balance when I can feel it , in my opinion : I 've like being balanced , when I work I want to work hard , And out side of the work I like to engage in my personal activities , and in my spare time I like to relax .
