I have no preference and would be happy to work in either sector.
My preference is to work in a democratic work environment.
To me any one it's all good .. i like to work rather than set without job.....
Working in the branch or working in the controlling office-both give different experience, while at branch you are connecting to the customers, the monotony of work get reduced because each day you have different experience and different things to learn, expertise and catch the hearts of the customers with your exemplary services if you are really interested in the field.
On the other hand, if you are working in a controlling office, you become part of the decision making for the organization, including greater control over many aspects concerning day today working and implementation of renewed ideas through different policies that are to be followed at the branch level. In banking you will get a chance to work both aspects, than in any other sector.

I just love to do work on any circumstances. But as far as prefer concerned I prefer to do work in the central sector.
