Most of the Applicant Tracking System successfully derives the applications on the basis of the set categories and criterias. Then it comes down to the recruiters to call them for the interview and know what exactly the candidate has to offer.

to be honest its incredibly stupid . i can by pass getting my resume written from professional cv writer. that doesnt ensure  that right talent lands in the HR inbox. a person who maybe a genuis in respective domain but sucks at  writing a resume that can by pass ATS .

These software applications are called many things — applicant tracking systems (ATS), resume screening software, resume robots, soulless automated resume rejecters, etc.

But whatever you prefer to call them, it behooves you to learn to speak their “language” fluently in order to make your resume stand out enough to even be glimpsed by human eyes.
