A short term evaluation for the work done so far

Also if under training - providing a simple test for the job role and tasks

Attending on time and following the companies policy shows ruflly the employers attitude

The probation period  is the critical evidence.  evaluating the new employeby his direct manager/ superiors will give  you a solid indication . However, some senoir positions or seasonal job will require more time , let's say from6 months to one year Depending on the position Itself.

At the end of the evaluation  period  you can chck if the candidate have attained his designated  tasks and how much did he contributed to the organization or the departmen he joined.
